    1. Do you have in-person training available?

    Yes. We have standard 1/2 and full-day per diem rates plus travel costs, and we will travel to just about anywhere. In fact, we haven't said no yet.

    2. Do you offer refunds?

    Yes. If you really don't like it, if you really don't think you'll get anything out of the course, we'll refund your money within the first two weeks, provided that you let us know why. Always continual improvement. 

    3. Do you offer Non-Profit discounts?

    Yes, we can offer a limited number of discounts. Please contact us and let us know your story. 

    4. Do you have to purchase the course to get access to your weekly webinars?

    No, you don't have to purchase the course, but we do charge $24.99/mo for the weekly webinars. Cancel anytime. Purchase individual topics for $9.99. Once paid for, it's yours to watch here as long as we are and then some (including any updates, addendums, and downloadable materials).
